Whether you're an absolute beginner or a player of longer standing working towards Grade 8, I provide individually tailored piano lessons to help develop your musical talents, as well as preparation for Grade 5 Theory.  Age needn't be a barrier:  I've successfully taught pupils ranging from six to eighty!

I also teach “returners”- those who used to play the piano and wish to resume after a break. This often involves restarting a couple of grades lower than where you left off, but progress tends to be more rapid this way.

Lessons may be 30, 40 or 60 minutes’ duration; weekly, fortnightly or occasional depending on age and experience.  I always offer new students a free, no obligation initial meeting to discuss their musical aims and aspirations.
